She is enjoying the new challenges that being a Veterinary receptionist at present. Memorable Moment - At various times seeing goats on leads come through reception with a school teacher and children in tow. Pets - Has always had pets when the children were at home, now that there is an empty nest, Val keeps a small aviary. Sharon Hand - Receptionist Sharon moved to Childers from the Gold Coast 71/2 years ago. The Childers/Woodgate area reminds her of the Gold Coast when she was growing up. She joined us this year as receptionist. Memorable Moment - The amount of times I have gone to get a pet after grooming and walked straight past them because they look totally different.
